Erika Cheree Designs is dedicated to producing the quality items. We take great pride in ensuring no orders are fulfilled with flaws or faults what so ever. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
Given the authenticity of each designed/hand-selected piece, we do not offer refunds in the form of original payment. However, we do allow eligible exchanges or store credit on FULL priced merchandise. We do not offer cancellations or refunds once orders have been processed.
Please advise us about an exchange within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
If you have used a discount code for your purchase- your sale is final.
Item(s) must have all tags attached & no stains (deodorant, perfume, etc).
We have the right to deny your exchange due to the item not being in sellable condition.
To make an exchange or receive eligibility for store credit, please email theglitteragency@gmail.com. Kindly note, the customer is responsible for cost return shipping to ECD HQ. Please do not ship your item back without contacting us first. Doing so will result in your exchange being denied.
