Returns

Erika Cheree Exclusive Designs is dedicated to providing high-quality garments and accessories with your satisfaction in mind. We take great pride in ensuring all orders are fulfilled under safe conditions, and are void of flaws or faults. Your satisfaction and return business are our highest priorities.
We offer exchanges for defective merchandise on a case-by case basis. We are committed to ensuring the quality and satisfaction of our accessories and items. If you receive an item that is defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt to initiate an exchange or credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges for items deemed defective by our review team. 
Given the authenticity of each designed/hand-selected piece, we do not offer refunds/returns/ in the form of original payment. However, we do allow eligible exchanges or store credit on Regular priced merchandise. We do not offer cancellations or refunds once orders have been processed due to handmade craftsmanship.
If there is an issue, please notify us so we may address the matter to the best of our ability before refund/chargeback requests. Any falsified chargeback request will be fraud filtered and listed. 
Please notify and advise us about an exchange within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
If you have applied a discount code for your purchase- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Item(s) must have all tags attached & no stains (deodorant, perfume, etc).
We have the right to deny your exchange due to the item not being in sellable condition. 

To make an exchange or receive eligibility for store credit, please email info@erikacheree.com. Kindly note, the customer is responsible for cost return shipping. Please do not ship your item back WITHOUT contacting us first. Doing so will result in your exchange being denied.

What can I return or exchange?
We apologize you are unsatisfied with your order. We will gladly exchange or credit all unworn and unwashed ticketed merchandise in its original condition within 7 business days of your order delivery when accompanied by the original packing slip invoice for the price paid.

Please note: earrings, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, fragrance, and beauty products are "final sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be defective. Belts, socks, leggings, and pajamas in original packaging are refundable.

Please note, our policy is active for 7 days from delivery. 

If eligible for return, once item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to notify you that we have received your returned item, and apply a credit or gift card to your account with us.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace defective items in exchange for a new replica item. To exchange, please email us - info@erikacheree.com. 

Gifts
Gifted items must be approved for return and will be honored via store credit for the value of your returned item. Once item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to your account with us. 


Shipping
To return your product, please mail to address provided via email.


Sender must incur shipping cost fee. We encourage shipping with tracking to ensure status and arrival of item.
